   1.提供新闻搜索功能。

   2.发布新闻的功能。

对于系统，用户分为两类：企业会员、管理员，各有不同权限。

（一）企业会员：

 此类用户具有以下权限：

1.浏览自己已发布的新闻。

2.查看、修改和删除自己的注册信息。

3.发表评论。

4.查看其他用户的评论。

5.登录后可以对个人密码进行修改。

（二）管理员：

 此类用户具有以下权限：

1.具有管理会员的权限。

2.发布公告信息，可供用户浏览。

3.对不合适或没用的评论进行删除。

4.向数据库导入各个用户的注册信息。

5.可删除任何一个用户的所有信息。

6.登录后可修改个人密码、添加管理员。
